I got into real estate in 2009. Since then, I’ve owned three Keller Williams franchises and, at my peak, closed 93 deals in a single year.

I’ve been in the trenches. I’ve dealt with tough clients, tricky contracts, and high-pressure deals — and I’ve built a business that lasts.

I’ve been sued more than once… and I’ve never lost.

Our brokerage is under a retainer agreement with the Cox Law Firm. Dameon Cox is a well-known real estate attorney in the area, having served on multiple real estate commissions and task forces, including the Forms and Education Committees. Dameon started Cox Education to help educate the broker community, and I have the honor of being one of his instructors, teaching real estate law and contracts through Cox Education. I break down the fine print that most agents miss and teach them how to stay out of trouble. When it comes to protecting yourself and your clients, I don’t just talk about it; I train others on how to do it right.
